I did my first ever harvest/first ever grow and yanked these seeds from the shake. Can they be planted? Are they feminine or a roll of the dice? Its my first encounter with these so Im pretty clued out
If they are the result of a plant that hermied that tendency will be stronger in the next generation. It should be female if there were no Regulars in the tent. I would not grow them. There is always a risk of a hermie in a tent of unknowns there is no sense in throwing in known plants. Unless the genetics are so good it is worth the risk?
Apparently you can tell males from female seeds try 'twisted tips' on you tube. They look viable, get some planted and find out, you may have summat awesome. Producing seeds (that I meant to) is my personal cannabis ambition after growing more than I could possibly smoke.

they were from feminized seeds from Growers Choice. I personally wont grow them as I have a full slate of plants going now but was curious for future reference -- thanks for the help
