Good morning jingo long time since we communicated, Are you adding strain specific commercial bought terpines to your concentrates? I heard if used proper they are incredible for improving the flavor experience
I've been experimenting more with individual terpenes, focused on pain and sleep mainly. I bought terpenes from true terpenes and I think they're reliable and good source. I've been getting advertisements from them, they have developed a terpene vape oil. Apparently it perfectly places PG or VG as a stabilizing liquid for vaporizing.

Update for the water cure:
So after hanging overnight and all day (30ish hours) with a fan blowing on it, the steady flow is now dry. So smoke report:
VERY little green smell at all before burning. A tiny bit of citrus if its cupped in my hands and held up to my face.
Green hit: WOW!! This literally tastes like i didnt pack the bowl. Like i just sucked the lighter through my bowl. Not exactly a resin hit, but it tastes..... Like burned air.
Effect: after finishing the half bowl i packed (3 decent draws, not show off, not tiny) i can feel it. A bit more than what i have been? Maybe? Though it could just be bias... I need to blind test someone somehow...
Anywho.. Its not as pretty, but still has all its trichs. I didnt weigh it before so i wont have a weight comparison.
Ill update on what im calling the "refill method" later this week. Currently, the water is still being changed 1 to 2 times a day. The smell has gone down a hell of a lot. Im interested if this comes out any different.

Oops forgot pics of the water cure again this ia the one from the steady stream. Ot pretty but i was pretty lit after i posted. I shoulda known since widow creeps up on me normally. Ill say its about the same high. So my personal experience is:
Confirmed. Steady flow water curing works. It removes smell and flavor. It still gets you high and makes it look ugly, but if you need it quicker than 2 to 3 weeks, water cure a branch and youre smoking in a few days to a week.

Nice glad to hear it. Yeah i know its totally worth it. You can only get 1 per 2 years. Like i said, when i eventually wanna tinker with more things ill probably use that sample pack as my first.

So i dont think i did a refill water cure wrap up.
Again confirmed. After hang drying for 2 full days in front of a fan, the buds have very little smell unless held up close or contained in some way. Even then almost not noticable. Its still not pretty. But ive paid for uglier. I cant smell canna at all in the exhaled smoke. It doesnt taste... Still does what its supposed to do.
It works. Though with some findings...
Keeping the straw in place for the water to trickle into should probably involve securing it. It rose a few times, breaking the flow, reducing efficacy of the constant flow.
Its not really that much smoother. My gf thinks its harsher. I think its a little smoother. She doesnt like that it doesnt have flavor either.
It would definately be something good for travel or public, or those holiday pre meal cigarette run could just be a pre meal cigarette. Mix with light tobacco so it still has the cig smell.
Remember that even tho its ok to fast dry, dont do the the things that cook off thc. I avoided temperature things like ovens and micros as both can be ishy and cause it to smoke harsher. Air dry but quickly. If you live in high humidity you may need a dehum. 2 to 3 days tops or mold is a real thing.
OVER DRY FOR SAFETY. Its better to be a little over dry and use a humidity pack or similar than have mold attacking your lungs.
Ill have to do a write up. I like the steady flow better. I could have done it better and ill have to document things with pics better.

I got my new seeds in. Fastbuds supplied by sensible seeds. Ordered for a friend. He ended up giving me:
5 gorilla glue
3 blue dream
2 girl scout cookies
2 green crack
And 2 of a breeder ive been unable to find. Spanish Seeds double big bud
I pulled up what remained of my ww2 and got her hanging. And like a good farmer i went as planned and dropped a Pyramid Seeds hash plant from last order. Ill plant a blue dream in a few weeks.
The ak is still expanding. Im concerned about plant size as shes reached the edge of the pot. She needs to just start flowering already. (This is supposed to be a 70 day and the earlier harvest for me to not have to buy street stuff)
Og is truckin along in flower. Cheering up the tent with her pom poms
BDOM is responding to lst and is looking/acting 2 weeks old instead of almost 3.
