got about a week left of flushing, then it's "timber!". the entire grow cycle on these photosensitive plants was less than 8 weeks from clone to chop. Hydro kicks @SS as far as time of grow. BW 038.jpg...BW 040.jpg...BW 044.jpg...in soil, these phenos take 11. sweeeet.

well, quite frankly...i kinda starved em on the veg side. me not knowing what the hell i'm really doing yet. but luckily i'm open minded and a sponge for information. i learned from my mistakes. they mic'd out cloudy...so i'm flushing. but yes, my buds grow was way bigger buds. i will master this art of growing weed!
Have you been reducing their nutes already?
I haven't grown Blue Widow, but have grown White Widow & lots of other Widow crosses.
The leaves look like they only have about a week to 10 days left but I would of thought the buds would be a little fuller at this stage. I think I would of fed nutes for another week or two, then flushed 'em.
Have you run this strain before?
If so, then I'll assume you know what's best for it.
If this is a first run, maybe next time let it go another week or two.
Regardless everything looks good.

We live, grow, and learn every single grow Buddy! I think she's a beauty and one of my favorite strains!

i thought i'd show and tell my method of flushing hydro/chem grown plants. i grow in flood tables. when my plants get 80% cloudy i move them from the table to shallow totes. rockwool blocks now sitting on bubbling 6 inch airstones, continuously in plain water, changed and flushed every day for 7-14 days. time depends on the microscope.ng1 040.jpg...ng1 053.jpg...keep em at the edge of the 1000w hps while in flush. a small 30gph circulating pump is also in the tote to keep it clear from algea. just my method. happy harvesting.

Bubbler Blues.....

the first blue widow's been dried. i broke my bubbler while cleaning it this morning...that sucked, but it's only money. so, on the way to meet up with a couple of our active forum members for breakfast this morning, quick dive into the head shop next door to the restaurant (kinda like Superman in n outta the phone booth) i emerge with a new bubbler! haha...anyways, here are some pics of buds from my first dried blue widow, and the brand new bubbler i'm gonna burn em in! ng11 002.jpg...ng11 005.jpg........:smokebuds:...enjoy!

hey real, it's an aquarium air pump by topfin. it's got 4 outlets, so i run up to 8 stones...it's only 7 watts so it depends on which setups as far the amount, and type of stones i use. some of those tubes feed the DWC also, which use barrel airstones. i use the industrial sized air pumps for my flood tables cuz i'm feeding 16, 6 inch long airstones nestled into the grooves in my flood tables.:peace:

Thanks buddy
But that's your problem right there
Topfin pumps are notoriously known for breaking down (that's why they're really cheap compared to others) I have a friend who made the same mistake
He bought one with 2 outlets and one of them broke down

oh, i just read thru all the thread...the bubbler that broke was my pipe. ha. yeah those pumps are cheap. like i say, you gotta be careful to not over "flow" the things or they fry easy. i usually push less than 6 stones with it. thanks for the heads up tho real.
