New Grower Hugo's Backyard!

This is what I'm growing with:
(I've been updating this post so some products I only introduced later on)

Equipment:
12l (autoBB) and 30l (NL5xHaze) terracota pot
BioBizz All-Mix soil
Coco tablets for starters

Nutes - Macro:
FertiActyl GZ Timac Agro
Fish-mix BBizz
Bio-Bloom BBizz
Sensi Cal/Mag Veg AN

Additives - Micro:
Alg-A-Mic BBizz
Bio-Heaven BBizz
Piranha Advanced Nutrients
Rizoactiv Biolcan
Enzimes+
ATA Flavour

Started in a coco tablet soaked in water and part solution of rizoactiv in a small box for warmth and humidity. on day 2, noticed the tablet was tipped on the side. This caused the root to grow upside down. Gave it a little help digging a small exit site for the seed while dipping the root a bit on the medium.

It worked and for the next 2 days I've placed her directly under my kitchen counter lights and it seemed to help :dance: The root sprouted underneath.

At that moment was transferred to soil and watered with fish-mix and alg-a-mix. Moved her outside to the backyard where she catches a medium of about 3 to 4 direct sun hours for now.

After week 1 there was burnt area in a tip of the first set of leafs: small nutrient burn. I started her on bottled water ph5,8 with alg-a-mix.

I've got a few other plants growing in the backyard: mint, oreganos, salsa, basil and others. I've noticed the mint and the oreganos leaves had some white flies bites a few weeks ago. They are separated a few meters from my MJs and I thought they wouldn't be touched, but last night my NL5 x Haze showed a lot of white spots and she had 2 small cocoons under one of the leaves. So I did some cleaning under the leaves and I've treated with Aingrow spraying it on all the plants.

Aingrow is biologic treatment. I've chosen this method because of my other plants. I use them regularly on food and stuff and I really don't want to spray biokill (although I believe it's way more efective and quick). So I'll probably need to treat again in a couple of days but if it works out all the better

Aingrow is actually more of a preventive treatment. And since it's not very strong it can be applied to any type of grow that has health issues.
Due to that I'm also not sure I'll erradicate the problem. If I have to go with BioKill I'll definetly wait till she get's biger.

Right now I can say she's reacting ok with it, and things seem to be going well.

How is your NL5xHaze doing? Shitty rainy days for us mate.
I'm gonna order a few Auto BlueBerry in my next order as well, i just miss that smoke so much eheh

The NL5xHaze is looking good a few white flie bites but good colours and growth rate. I really don't worry on her, though she's supposed to require more attention (according to my Sensi friends), she's got plenty of time to grow! I mean, she'll only start flowering around september and I'll probably harvest her in november. But I think she'll reward me with excellent quality and quantity. :smoke:

Can you see the white spots on 1st node and on another leaf in 2nd node? In 4 more days I'll Aingrow her again.

This is my second grow. My first one was an Amnesia. I like Sativas

I'm looking for Air-pots on the web to transplante my plants, do you know where I can get them in Lisbon? A Loja da Maria doesn't have them :-/

Damn Amnesia! The only time i've smoked it, one friend came from Amsterdam and brought it to Portugal. I can tell you, the best pot i've smoked so far.

For that kind of stuff i do my orders from the web. I've been living at Lisbon for a few months but i've moved to the mountains, so i don't know any growshop beside the Loja da Maria. To be honest i don't like that Growshop. They sell good equipment and have decent prices, but the supposed "weed" that i see kids with 15 years old smoking, that shit is terrible mate. I've tried it twice, and never more. I know that they don't advertise it as a "smoke" weed, but damn they know why they're selling that...

Have you checked on Kaya? The ship is free at 50 euros or more to Portugal.You have a few more in Spain as well, but you always have the ship costs problem. Or try at "AgriLoja", who knows!

I liked Amnesia alot. I've grown it outdoors when I still lived in the top floor and got like 10h of direct sunlight a day (These days I'm only getting 4h aproximately. It will improve as the summer comes because the sun goes higher) and it gave me about 40g of sweet stuff.

They sell smart drugs in Loja da Maria? I don't think so, they mainly sell grow equipment and gadgets like grinders and vaps... I'm pretty sure they're old school man, but I'm going there in a couple of hours so I'll ask It will be a disapointment if they do.

I'm thinking of transplanting both my babys to Air-pots.

The thing is I'll only have the air-pots in 2 weeks from now, and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to transplant the Auto-BB because it may stunt. Any one care to share a thought? Should I dismiss the air-pot for this growth and start on the next I'll do after or should I try to do it? And what is the best size?

Also I recently bought some "Piranha" magic powder. I read in the directions it's for the first 2 weeks of germination. Am I too late to get benefits or should I still use it since "better late than sorry"?
