Hey guys , question is same as title , how do i store seeds properly? cause i may need to store them for a week or 2 :)

thanks ! :)

Only a week or two, put in closed container in a dark spot

I have had seeds in my fridge for 143 days now and they are fine :)

Personally I put my seeds in a lil gram bag with a few grains of rice, then in frig....I just germed 5 seeds that I've had in frig for over 3 years..ALL came up....I'm sure there's better methods but frig has been GOOD to me...

so i put them in bag , and into fridge? or somewhere cold and dark? :)

Make sure to dry them a bit before you store them so they think they've gone through a seasonal change, wet seeds have a lower germ rate. As far as how long they can be stored I would put it upwards of 7 years, that being the longest I've recorded... unrefrigerated by the way with no rice...

Nononono store them in the microwave on HIGH for 20 minutes! You'll get more trichs! Lawl. But glad to hear they can go so long without the fridge. Was gettin anxious about my reserve... put me at ease!

I've seen 25 year old seed germed and grown out.... pretty cool!

unrefrigged too... just dry container dresser draw...

I store my seeds in paper envelopes with about 25 grains of rice in each envelope for say 200 seeds...
envelopes are sealed in a plastic ziplock and thats stored in a cool dark place.. 60 deg f

fridge is better for longer...
freezer for longer...

commercial deep freeze for longer

:pimp:

so dark dry place! awesome guys! i already said it , but i f****** love this community :)

it's noob friendly.

everyone who helped me got a like ;)
