Lighting How to Safely Move Seedling from T5 to Mars LED Reflector 720W

I am a new forum member but have been lurking here for about a year. Great forum!

I have a seedling in a Solo cup and am transferring it to a 3 gal grow bag.

I would like to move it into the tent where I have 2 autos that just started to flower. I have both the veg and bloom on.

I don't want to burn the new girl - any ideas? I can get them about 3.5 to 4 ft from the light. Should I partially shade them to acclimate them?

The flowering plants are about 3 ft from the led.

How old is the seedling. If it’s ready for transplant it should be ready for more light too. But to be safe put it on the floor and off to the side not directly under the light. See how she reacts after an hr or so. If she starts to grow towards the light she’s ready for more. That’s her way of asking for it.
