I have 2 plants in 70 30 coco perlite in 3 gallon fabric pots. I am having some problems with the plants that may be ph or nutrients and I think it may help to flush the plants. I tried putting 2 gallons of water through each of the 2 plants last week but it looks like that may not have fixed the problems. How much water would you put through each plant and would you include calmag in it? I use tap water and usually put in between 2-5 ml/gallon of calmag with the water on there. If you flush with no calmag in the water would that remove the buffer on the coco on there?

flushing....some folk say its a myth....
growing in cococo...is different than soil... https://www.autoflower.org/threads/canna-coco-growing-tips.29173/
you thought and came up with maybe PH or nutrients issue.on the right track....flushing ? answer some of your questions first before throwing something else into the equation.
1.PH is key,if its not right you pissing in the wind, thinking of anything else untill ph is known.what is right PH ? its different for soil/cococo/and the watery stuff.
2.nutrients....so is it a deficiency or a toxicity ? flushing will only worsen a deff.
3. flushing is more of a last resort measure, and more often than not can introduce more issues than it solves.
technically a flush is 3 times the pot volume.
as you in cococo cal/mag hell yeah...how much in ml ? no idea,i thought they used ec/ppm/tds figures.
im not a cococo grower, nor any good at the defs/toxs game
good luck n keep er lit
:pighug:

Thanks. I plan to do a soil on the new 1 as I have read that soil is easier with organic nutrients on there.

Go with three times the size of your pot, so if you have 3 gal pots flush with 9 gal of water per pot. Depending on your setup you might need a good wetvac to suck up the runoff.
