Indoor How Long Can They Last In Party Cups?!?!

Ok so I've prepped to use the tier method (bottom cut off solo cup) with my easy ryder seedlings. The soil is 50/50 OF/LW and ive read different opinions, some go 2 weeks then tier, some say 3, some say wait til sex which of course could be that same time frame. Til sex would be ideal so im not wastin 3 gallon of soil on a possible male plant, but i also dont want it to stunt the plant slightly if it too long of a wait. Help

Thats one good reason why I buy all female seeds.I got tired of takeing care of plants to find out there are males and wasting time.How old are your girls? or boys.Most all autos show sex at two to three weeks so aia wouldn't think you would have a transplant problem at that age.

yeah it just sucks attitude only sells the purple ryders as regular seeds
