I am thinking of improving the potting soil, on my next grow, with fertilizer.

A friend gave me a little Fox Farms Marine Cuisine time release fertilizer.
I also have North Country Organics Pro Gro (5-4-5) and lobster compost
and a liquid kelp tea.

My friend wants me to try the Marine Cuisine. I was thinking a little Pro Gro and
lobster compost.

The potting soil I have already has some fertiliser in it, enough for good growth at
the beginning.

The seed will be a Dinafem Auto Haze, if that makes a difference.

Give it a try and see what happens.Keep us updated with the grow with some pics .

Go easy as auto seedlings don't like a lot of nutes and too much can stunt them. That's why hot soils like Fox Farms Ocean Forest aren't recommended for seedlings. You may be better served by waiting until about week 3 to add the extra nutes.
