Thanks Harry. Everything is new to me as this is my first grow. I know i need to do it so i will probably just blaze one and do it little by little until I get a feel for it. I am really enjoying this more than I thought i would. Im afraid im hooked...

Just take it slowly and watch how the plants react. Lower leaves that aren't getting any light ought to be a safe start.

Couple of photos from yesterday - day 38 from germination.

I must add that I've committed a few schoolboy errors on this grow.....the main one being the great idea to grow 4 plants in 15l pots in a 3 x 3 x 5.8 tent hence the need to defoliate......and probably much more....The tent is bloody full!

The point being is that we learn through our experiences.......and the experiences of others here who freely share their knowledge.

A great suggestion I read is to get yourself a notebook. Scribble down the things that worked well and those that need improving. You'll be well on your way and there's always a brain or few here that are happy to help should you have any questions or require any guidance.

May the force be with you my friend.

Thats funny 420forever! True....but funny.

Harry i did exactly that removed about 12 leaves from the lower part and some blocking prime bud sites. The first one was painful but it got easier. i am keeping a written journal of what i did and when and the reactions i got from it. It helps to keep me on track. I would feel like it had been 10 days and look back at the journal and it was 6.

Thanks for all the advice guys. It is very nice to have such a wealth of information in one place. I will post a couple of more pics in a few days to show the progress.

Only thing i would do is get rid of those few huge fan leaves blocking light from the center of the plant otherwise i would say ya right on the ball there my man! Top job ...

Have to say nice little set up you got going, I run citizen 1212's. My first 3 build's was with them, great COB for the price... to see a little bit more for the Citizens add some 660 red into the mix. The HLG 660nm strip add on kits kick ass, worth every penny and you will see big improvement in bud sites and size.

I ordered the HLG 660nm strip and driver should be here soon. I am always happy to add another project to the grow :biggrin:Just wondering do i use it during the entire grow or just in flower. These autopots and the light really seem to be kicking a$$. I am super happy for it being my first grow ever.

can't see why not to use trough out the grow, I only use mine in flower due to it being in a dedicated flower space.
