Yeah proper vpd is the difference between the temperature of the air and the temperature of the leaf along with humidity. Temps control how fast your plant can suck up water and air humidity controls wether the plant can respirate that moisture back into the air.
As far as humidity goes, if you're struggling to keep it up you may need to buy a small tent humidifier, vivosun and ac infinity make relatively inexpensive 1 gallon models for small grow tents. Up to a 4ftx4ft model I believe. Will shut off after you reach a certain humidity and kick back on when it goes under.

I figured when you were using celcius and metric lmao. Yeah that would be the best way to check to make sure you're getting adequate levels of light. As far as temp/humidity management thats going to have a learning curve especially with HID lighting.
you want higher humidity than that if possible bro and going by your seedling id say you need to lower your light a bit also are you growing in a tent and what extraction are you using

ive grown a bit over 15 years i used to get cuttings and never phd water and fed every 3 days in coco they was amnesia haze they grew perfectly fine then i done something else and had problems so searched internet now i ph and feed daily when there bigger i will take your advise and try get everything perfect thanks
