I didn't have the heart to remove any of these 6 Mephistos.
Now I have spindly branches.

Should I let them just support each other?
Should I tie them up?

I'm afraid when the buds get heavier they will break the plants.

I would tie them buddy. They'll need support. I'd be taking a lot off from the bottom of the canopy also. The girls will have more energy to use on strengthening her limbs if she's not pumping out popcorn nugs by the soil. Nice full tent lol. Good luck

Do you recommend any material (type of tie) and technique for tying them?

If you have access to a bamboo grove you have all the material you will ever need. If it were me I would build a grid to support them about 16 inches above the containers and then defoliate the bottom 3 or 4 nodes to allow for air flow and to help focus energy in the canopy.

But I am a noob to indoor so take that with a grain of salt.

The thing with a grid of any type is timing, you can't get a grid over those now. I use hemp string but strings fine just attempt to take the strain and almost hang them from tent top lol. Ppl will scream at me BUT it'll do the job
