I can see why you would say Mg. Question, did it start with the young leaves showing this interveinal discoloration and progress downward? Or the other way around? I'm asking, because with Mg def you see blotches along with the interveinal discoloration. I'm thinking this is an Iron (Fe) def.

I see what you mean with the Fe def.. but with my new growth looking OK other than the claw... which we know is excess N.. could an Fe def have corrected itself??? I'll stop the calmag and go from there.. thanks again Bob.. very kind of you to take the time :d5:

these are spreadsheets mog made for me to total all your products in etc I don't know how much help they will be . but I cant add the file to add your nos in but I can add it to my dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/w47q...els.xlsx?dl=0&rlkey=my03azp4s55skwfr798votyhd
but here's the pic it may give @Bob's Auto's something to work with View attachment 1500687
Never could figure out MOG's spreedsheets and he tried his best explaining it to me :d5:
I used to use HydroBuddy to calculate my nutrition. Guess I can reverse engineer the pH perfect to see how much ppm of each you give with their feeding chart, which is most likely calculated for photo's
And based upon the MC values and picture Tom shared for the ppm's I think I can extrapolate how much A&B you can give

This will be something for tomorrow as I need the assistance of my brain, which is a bit...shall I say...

Next question then is.. low N calmag supplements available in the UK?? Any recommendations??
I had the same problem a few years back, my old calmag (made by the confusingly named 'Bloom' brand) was 5.2-0-0, I now use GROTEK Cal-Max, it's 2-0-0. 0.2ml/L initially building up to 0.3ml/L in early flowering and 0.35ml/L mid flower till the end.... tap water at EC 0.2.
IMHO you need a little bit of N during early to mid flowering to build the structure required for the buds to build on, and I rely on the N in my CalMax to do this.
As always though Bro, looking F.A.B. I wouldn't be going mad trying to tweak what is already a magic recipe for you right now.

As a man who has no clue.. 6 sounds pretty high to me?

And today's lesson kids.. always read the label :clapper:
Yes… 6 is high for cal mag. I would do what Bob suggests and stop using it or find a different brand with a lower N rating. I know General Hydroponics Calimagic and Botanicare cal mag have a lower amount of nitrogen but not sure if they are available to you.

Somebody rang?

The leaf looks like too much nitrogen is locking out the Mg or you are short on Mg.

You can add Ca without N with soluble gypsum but I don't think you should need any with 50 PPM Ca in your water.
