Indoor Hope's perpetual Skyline grow

Hi Hope! Read through some big chunks of your journal and learned a ton. Do you mix different nutes for all your different strains and grow phases? Or do you use a similar nute mix for all your plants veg through flower?

Hey m8.. im glad you've picked a few tips up.. that makes me happy :jointman: :toke:

I keep it real simple on the feed front..

Days 1-7 tap water thats has been left out to declorinate.

Day 8 until they're in flower AN Sensi Bloom @ 1ml per L + cal mag @ 1ml per L(canna's cal mag atm)

Flower until the end.. AN Sensi Bloom @ 2ml per L, Green Planet Massive @ 3ml per L, cal mag @ 2ml per L.

All my girls get the same feed mixture as above.. some are fussier than others and on the very odd occasion and it is rare.. ill mix a bottle for specific girl.. for example if I get one thats getting ravaged by cal/mag def when the others aren't ill mix her a bottle with more calmag than my standard mixture.. but 90% of my girls are fine with the above schedule.. I don't think id have the patience for a different mix for each plant as I can have 4/5/6 different strains on the go at any one time :bong:

I used to use about 7/8 AN additives.. what a chore that was.. at a massive cost.. with no big noticeable difference hence I stick to three bottles now.. bloom, calmag, and massive.

Hope that helps buddy.. hit me up anytime I can help :d5:

Great info thanks man. I’ve been growing for about a year, currently in a 20x32x45” cabinet in the garage doing auto water dtw in coco. Plants get so big and even with aggressive pruning I can barely fit 2 plants in my space. The automatic watering is nice but I want more variety and smaller plants. If I can do a bit of a perpetual grow like you maybe in soil without too much more trouble I would be very happy.

Here is my current grow. On the right is a Mephisto CDLC about to be chopped and left is a Seedsman amnesia with a few weeks left.

Lovely ladies m8.. thats CDLC is chunky  your right.. they always seem to get too big lol that's y I resorted to the 3L airpots exclusively for about a year there.. and even some of those got too big!! Have moved on now to 4 x 10L fabric pots one tent and will do 4 x 3L airpots in my 2ft x 2 ft tent. If you time it right you could do maybe 3 smaller pot girls in your space id say.. maybe a new bean every 3 weeks so you'd always have 1 ready to come down.. 1 half way done.. and 1 new one not needing much space if you get me. Its certainly doable. Hand watering 3 is easy enough and if u can get away with same feed like I've been able to thats half the battle!!

What is that feeding system your using can I ask?

It’s a diy system with a 12 gallon reservoir outside the cabinet. A small pump on a timer feeds about once every 3 hours during lights on. The runoff drains through a hole in the bottom of the cabinet into the buckets underneath. I mix up 10 gallons of nutes every few days. The 3 gallon drain buckets will hold 10+ days worth of runoff although I usually empty them sooner. During veg they only feed once or twice a day so there’s less nute mixing early on. At first I was running a separate system for each plant so they could get their own feed but that was too complicated so now they’re both getting the same nutes even though the amnesia was planted about 3 weeks after the cdlc.

Currenly using gh flora trio with a few of their additives. I have mega crop 2-part that I might try on the next run instead.

Lovely little set up m8 :toke: are you journaling on here at all? If so or if u decide to for the next round tag me in for the ride :d5::vibes:

Plant looks healthy enough but alas.. as you can see conditions are less than favourable   :yoinks:

I actually invested in the fancy thermopro hygrometer.. fookin tenner it was lol.. just to make sure my conditions were as bad as the other cheaper ones were telling me.. and of course.. they were :cuss:

Anyway.. ill have to have a think about that.. I think the extra heat of the 2nd light.. even though its not much.. has just pushed my ideal conditions over the edge because its such a small tent.. hmmmmm.. one for later tonight.

I just gave up caring about humidity mate, unless its high in flower. Wouldnt like to total the bud ive lost to mould over the years

Gettin that way myself bro.. realistically there's little to nothin I can do about it so we plough on.. to many factors for me to control.. the earth's atmosphere being a hard starter lol like ya say.. other than the dreaded bud rot territory in late flower it shouldn't cause too much damage.. ill have to crack on.. the plants won't be long letting me know they ain't happy :jointman: Happy new year to ya my man :d5::vibes:
