HI

Just a quick intro to say hi

Iv'e been lurking here for a couple of month's now, and I love this site it seem's really friendly and helpful and I've learned lots about auto's.

I will be making a thread when I start my first grow in April, so hopefully I can get some tips and advice from some of the experts here.

so until then, I will be stalking the forums learning as much as I can.

Cheers
Flim

Welcome aboard amigo. AFN is truly the best place to learn about growing autos. I look forward to watching your first grow here. :)

Hey flim, there are a surprising amount of Brits and Irish on here these days, you're probably closer than you think to another AF enthusiast, looking forward to your grow.
Have you decided on variety/set up yet. You mentioned April so I'm guessing you going for outside/greenhouse grows?

Thank's for the kind welcome guy's

@ Dopey Jim, yep you guessed right Jim, I'm going for a cheap and cheerful set up.
I once tried to grow diesel ryder a few years back, I went out and bought lights and all kinds of grow equipment, and I think they lasted about three weeks before they died on me,
so i kinda got dishearten with growing and sold everything on Ebay.
The problem now is my supplier has retired and I'm too old to walk the streets looking to score of plastic gangsters, so I need to be self sufficient.
So I got myself A cheap walk in greenhouse some short stuff Mi5 seeds, 11L pots and some biobizz light mix soil and biobizz nutes, so hopefully I will be successful this time.

Flim , keeping it simple has always worked for me and I like the fact that I can keep myself in weed each month for much less than even one good evening session down the pub would cost.

Cornishmen are like Scots men - a pounds a prisoner and not to be freed lightly!

Welcome film, another Brit joining AFN is always nice to see :bong: I grew outside last year in one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B002ISPF6Q/ref=redir_mdp_mobile it worked ok,it comes with two plastic flaps plus an additional mesh flap you can zip on one side to keep it nice and cool, before I zipped it on temps got into the late 40s Celsius on a sunny day.good luck with your project mate

Haha, I like your style Jim, that's what I'm hoping to do, I'm paying something like £200 an ounce which only last a month, and I just can't afford to pay it anymore, I could always go back to soapbar though
.

hey Red this my one http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/mini-g...cDPfxIrYzUvEu76RzzM6wutKTeo9AOCB tDs76aYYKg== I'm gonna grow some veggies in it as well to try and disguise what i'm doing (nosey neighbours)

That little one looks ideal for when i go on holiday, I'm gonna stick them in a mates garden while I'm away.

that a nice size for £45 mate, good old wilkos :-) I like how the covering isn't clear so thats great for growing,I may consider one of these for my outdoor grow.i stuck bubble wrap up in mine because of the neighbours and they never noticed anything
