I'm Jen. It's probably been a year since I've done a grow. But I'm tired of my last batch of auto AK47, so thought I'd make the best of this burst of spring energy and start some sour 60s from mdanzig and maybe sneak in two or three satori for veg while this grow is on. I prefer a heady happy buzz.

I'm a small time personal consumption grower. I got tired of being a customer a few years back so got into it just to be self sufficient. That decision opened my mind up to other sustainable practices and I'm a bit of a urban back yard hobby farmer now. I've got a few chickens and a dog and cat and keep a lil salsa garden going. I work from home so I am on the computer a lot. I also do a bit of glass hobby work and enjoy canning and making preserves. If I were younger, and a bit braver, but in the same state of mind I've grown into, I'd probably be looking for a way to go off grid. Maybe someday...

Welcome Jen. I'm completely with you on being self sufficient. Even setting aside all the environmental and financial and political issues, max self-sufficiency gives me a real sense of security. Good luck with your grows. BTW Testor, that quote from Cicero is classic.
