Seed Bank Herbies

We all know that Herbies isn't a seedbank but a retailer of seeds from many seed banks. I don't know where else to post this thread, so here it is.

In June I purchased a 5 seed pack from Herbies. I won't say which seedbank or strain I purchased as I don't consider that info. relevant to my post.

Not one of the 5 seeds germinated. I've purchased seeds from Herbies roughly 6 times and have never had even one seed not germinate. But all 5 seeds from this pack did not germinate. Yes, for real.

I contacted Herbies about this issue and gave them the order number which I had "archived" in my inbox. Obviously Herbies has to take my word that these seeds didn't germinate as all that I can show them are ungerminated seeds which are stored in the fridge until I germinate them.

Herbies explained that they're only in the business of archiving seeds. Nonetheless Herbies will send to me 5 more seeds of this strain free of charge, although I offered to help defray the costs.

I'm glad that people are viewing this thread as a good deed should not go without notice, and Herbies did an extremely good deed.

Having worked in the service industry for a number of years, reputations are built via a good product and excellent after sales service.

I may switch to Herbies. Had a second seed not pop from Attitude and they don't replace them. The two seeds were over $10 each and I can't afford that

I have ordered from Herbies may times. Always deliver quick, and 97 % germ rate. I would like to add that when I request that they do not send me any regular free seeds , they replace them with fem seeds. They don't replace seed for seed, but I would rather have 1 fem than 4 regular. Cant afford to waste time and space with a male.

I have had several orders from herbies and never had a single issue from shipping to germinating. Not to mention a huge selection and lots of free beans.

Placed an order with Herbies (through their autoflower site) a couple weeks ago, and it came in today! No issues beyond a slightly long wait, but the weather has delayed shipping (and it was before the "call us if it's not here by X" date), so completely reasonable all things considered.

Awesome stealth shipping. Everything was nice and snug; I paid the extra for Super Stealth, as I wanted guaranteed re-delivery if it was seized, but no issues there.

Would buy again, but probably not any time soon (not because of anything Herbie's did, but just because I buy Mephisto seeds direct from the source and there's about 5 more varieties I'll want after these are done). I would definitely recommend Herbie's to anyone that needs seeds stateside.
