Shouldnt have to wait a month on seeds,no other seed banks closer to home ? Herbies/auto site are generally very good.as the customer you have the right to take your business elsewhere.

Not for autos unfortunately.
It shouldn't take a month I know but herbies gives you a date that you must wait before reporting a non delivery. If that were to happen twice it would be around 7 weeks waiting for something that you know will probably never arrive.
Paying for tracking and not getting it kinda burns too.
I realise its all part of the game but when you're frothing for beans it sucks not knowing anything.

Ordered twice from Herbies. Never got either. Nor did the reships show up. Been almost 3 months since last order shipped.. Customer service are assholes. They are scam artists. They are a total joke. I really have to advise everyone to buy anywhere else but HERBIES!!

I just received my second order of auto flowering seeds from Herbies.

Both times I ordered through their autoflower website, and both times my order showed up (east coast of the US) in under a week.

Both orders where shipped using the "super stealth" shipping and both arrived as they should.

All in all, I am very happy with the service I've gotten with Herbies......so I would recommend them.

No doubt its the luck of the draw. I had them try to quickly do a resend without clarifying that there is maximum one free resend.
I got my refund.

Question for those who did recieve. Was there a return address on the package? Ive heard first hand some have no return addy which is a massive red flag to automated mail systems and will get your package sent to the inspection room every time.

OK...I would love to give Herbies a great rave unfortunately I can not.
They do have great customer service, however I have had nothing but issues getting any seeds from them to germinate. Out of the many I have ordered and the freebies, I have about a 50/50 ratio of seeds germinating.
The last set of seeds I grew were WOS NL x BB. Two of the plants came out good, short ( less than 12 inches ) but dense and dank indica...the third looked nothing like the others tall, sativa and is FULL OF SEEDS...I will be posting this in another thread as well as I just cut her and got pics.

What has germinated.... 3x WOS AKR; 2 Fastbuds ( one of these was HUGE ) LSD and One Stardawg; 1x Amnesia; 1x Delicious Candy and now trying 2 x Nicole Moraccan Kush Regs...4 days no sprouts.
What has not germinated... 1 Fast Buds LSD and 2 x Stardawg; 1 Delicious Dark Purple; 1 Nefertiti; 3 x Afghan Regs.
I don't think it is operator error as 1/2 of them pop...I use the damp paper towel and heating pad kept on warm.
I have tried with a few to soak them overnight in a shot glass as well...
I have ordered 3 times from them ( all stealth with seeds out of the package ) trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and be a good patron as they did work with me a bit when I griped...but unfortunately I will be taking my order to another bank in the future to try a different approach.
No hard feelings and not bad mouthing just sharing my experience.
