Honestly I am not sure dude, sorry. I can give you my opinion but I still recommend checking out some other cfl grows and comparing. I would say more like 500 watts.
Yea you need more lights and more room. It looks like you made a box. WHy not make a bigger one? Also I would return those plastic containers and buy atleast 1.5gal pots. The ones in my cfl grow are 1.7 and I can get an oz if I do really really well. If you're fairly new that wont happen for you

That's an old dresser that I'm turning into a grow box I attempted my first grow in a much larger closet but I couldn't keep the temps down do after my first attempt failed (cause of the soil) I decided I would go smaller, I'm not concerned with a large yield, I was hoping for maybe a qtr a plant, I had planned on maybe doing 4 plants and then after about 5 weeks I would start 4 more in there but if it's not enough light I guess I can just do 4 at a time, would my lights be enough for 4 plants?
seed, my i use 375watt in led and 250w equivlent in cfl, and i can only grow three (good size plants) that will yield 2oz a plant, i maybe could push it to four, with the light i have now. yes you can grow 8 plants with the light you have, but they will probly stay pretty small. i have three plants just going into bud, they are 2ft tall and will end up at 3ft or there abouts. there are some really cool microgrows out there, the size of the plants are short 12 to 15 inches or shorter, i dont think people are pulling two ounces of a plant. you can never have to much light!
