Indoor help with harvest

One of my autos is nearly ripe, the pistols are just beginning to turn brown just a little bit. But most of the leaves are yellow should i harvest now, or will it continue to ripen with the few leaves that are left ? plus one of the other autos is also starting to turn brown but the lower buds are still white, at what stage do i harvest.
One more thing, i harvested one a few days ago, the buds were about 20-30% brown but as it is drying they have all turned brown! is this normal/

have you checked the trichombes with a loop or mag?

No i don't have one but i just looked and i reckon a bit more than 50% are going brown

PS does it matter that the last one has all the fan leaves turning yellow
