New Grower Help starting a Perpetual grow

ok guys so i currently have a grow goin on that is on day 26 and has 4 autos that are all indica dominant (link in my sig if you wanna know the strains) in a 3.25'x3.25'x6' tent with 2 mars hydro reflector 96's and 3 gal smart pots and would like to make my tent into a peretual grow.so i would harvest 1-2 then replace them with fresh seedlings. so how would i go about doing this? i figure i would germinate 2 seeds to replace 2 that get harvested and when i do that switch, i would germ 2 more at a certain amount of days but how many days approx? 30? i can answer any questions that you need answers to.

I do something similar but half the size.i just germ a seed every 3 weeks.

i like that idea but i donno how i could make that work with the reflector 96 having 2 square panels that make up the lamp and dedicating one square panel per plant and would need to have one square on flower mode and one on veg which is impossible for me as the veg and bloom switch obv controls both squares. so i would need 2 plants to germ under 1 veg light with 2 21-30 day plants that get switched over to the flower side LED and the 2 that is under the flower panel get harvested. now thats in a perfect world saying that 2 plants finish at the same time but you get the drift.

im also thinking of alternating doing med-large plants then germ 2 small plants then 2 big ect. just so they dont fight over the light as much?

i thought everyone just run their reflectors full blurt regardless of veg/flowering.maybe the next reflector will have 2 extra buttons to allow the two halves to work independant of each other.
my system is far from perfect,sometimes a plant will go a week or 2 longer and gets crowded sometimes i forget to germ and sometimes i germ a week early.i try to have a harvest 1 plant every 3-4 weeks keeps me ticking over.

i like to do just veg until i see the first preflowers then switch it to full blast! haha and i think im gonna germ 1 seed every 2 weeks and go from there so theretically when im harvesting the first ill be planting the last out of a run of 4 seeds...
