Indoor HELP! Nothings sprouting....What did I do wrong?

good luck with your grow mate, i planted 12 dinafem autos a few weeks back (5 white cheese. 2 cheese, 5 critical jack) and they all had their heads above ground within three days, apart from one white cheese didnt germ so after a week i binned it.
