Hello everyone,

My first indoor auto grow and I’m concerned with some leaves dying and getting crispy in the final days/week of her life.

I have not given any nutes for about 9 days now and and only giving ph water at about 6.8. Leaves are getting very crispy on some of the upper buds. She is an Autofrisian Dew which is a 70 day according to Dutch Passion and I’m on day 72 but trichomes are clear to milky under 30 and a little amber under 60.

Should I be concerned or do these look ok?
Should I take the larger buds now and wait for the less developed ones but they have no nutes by now.

I am not sure how to share my previous post but it has my set up info and lights are roughly 17 inches away.

I searched the entire plant for rot and nothing also. Did some reading first.

Any help appreciated

Personally i would feed her. If shes still going dont starve her.
And yes the plants will start to die off as the time comes.
If you are shooting for amber then i would def give her some food to get her there.
As long as the buds are not getting dry then the leafs dying is no issue

Also. I have yet to have a plant be exactly on time. So take the 70 day thing as a window.

You CAN start to defoliate tho. To make work easier during harvest. If mostly cloudy trichs. Id feed and strip all the yellow leafs and some big fans off of her and let her finish up.

She looks great bro.

And i dont flush my plants at the end. Only if i need to flush out a problem during grow. I dont have any bad taste or chem like buds. Kind of a myth that flushing is good. You would have to read pop22's write up on it.

Happy harvest bub

Thank you so much for the info. I will take the dead leaves off and give some bloom nutes. Should i do some cal-mag as well?

Yeah the bottom leaves will crisp and dry. That is normal. And I would feed her too. It is one of the great debates, but I am not one for flushing. Fatten her up as much as possible I say. There is still life in the girl from what I can see.

Don't worry ! Enjoy the grow, all looks good

eP.

I feel a lot better now. Thought I killed her. Definitely going to give some nutes and let her get some amber.

Ep was quicker there lol. Yup. Id give her some bloom. Maybe a lil micro. Def sugars if you have those in your feed. And cal mag is always good.
Cant wait to see these chunkers hanging

Flushing = starving your plants
Dying plants start turning brown
