If you didn't buffer the coco with any calmag and you haven't added any, I would try that first. Calmag is effectively absorbed from foliar feed too, if full strength would blow up your ppm.
It is reused canna coco ( buffered )

your total ppm's, that's including the 300ppm tap water? If so, then you are underfeeding,...
...the weird necrosis isn't a defc., at least I don't think... I never found a good explanation for that, but I see it occasionally here,... tissue dies and dries but stays green...
Other symptoms look like P defc. to me... Ca and P can look a lot alike sometimes, so Ca defc. isn't totally out but less likely all things considered...
Hard tap water may have Ca in it, but it's not necessarily available, especially if still in CaCO3 form, not ionized... the Coco nutes have prenty of Ca/mg in them already, no need to add more, just raise the actual feed ppm level, and stop with the hard water as is... dilute it down to 150ppm-ish with RO/DI/low ppm drinking water... Those self fill units are a great way to go on that!
Ive started to feed at a slight higher ppm now at 780-800 ppm where's before was at 680 ppm, with plenty of run off! They seem to be enjoying it.
I haven't been getting that problem with the fan leaves anymore and the new growth looks good
