Help! Leaves getting green spots!

long as you can not feel the heat on the back of your hand 2ft may be to much for most lights

After reading a lot of various info I seem to think it looks most like magnesium deficiency. I am getting some epsom salts and will give to her this evening. How do I apply and how much do I use?
Thanks again Agito I appreciate it!

I use 1tsp per gallon for a regular treatment. You can water with it or apply directly to the leaves with a spray bottle. Foliar feeding is absorbed faster but it's best to do it before a lights out period so you don't get any scorching from the water droplets. Also be careful with this method if your grow area already has high humidity levels because it can lead to mold.

Usually what I do when I think I have a problem is water the plant with cal-mag for a longer term solution, and then give a foliar treatment with epsom salts to help right away since it takes a while for the roots to absorb the magnesium.

Thanks Andy!
So does it sound/look like that to you? Thanks for the amounts etc, and I had been thinking the same as I saw it won't temporarily fix the problem using epsom salts. I am going to get some cal/mag tomorrow so that should hopefully sort it out. And the lights have just gone out so I will put the Epsom salts on in a little while.
Thanks for your help man!

I agree with AB
For me one application is normally enough so one spray and one root feed at Andy's dilution rate
this would be my advice just to avoid lockout from to much Mg
I have never used cal mag or had to so its up to you if cal is lockout as well it may be a ph problem

Cool, I will give her the foliar application and a root application and if the problem still shows again soon I will try cal/mag. Is it cool if I stagger the root treatment? So maybe make the mix then apply to the leaves and then a bit on the roots, but then do the rest on the roots when the lights come back on?
Thanks for the help hopefully this should sort it out, she hasn't gotten much worse since I posted the pics...

do both
the roots aplication will take 3 days for it to take effect anyway the foilar is to tie the plant over until then
the plants need very little mg after the first week of flower but loads when there switching to flower mode

So I gave her the treatment yesterday, and it seems to have not worsened at all. I have also managed to lower the temps to about 28c, which I think should also help.
I also realised that the yellowing had only appeared on one side of the plant...this obviously made me look at my setup and why that could be, and realised my light was resting on the one side of the cupboard, in effect hanging directly over the problem area of the plant, while the rest has stayed pretty solidly green.
I have though even though I treated for a mag def I have moved the light so it is about 65cm above her, and straightened it out. The new growth seems very green and she looks healthy. So once again thanks for all the help guys!

I just noticed she has this one really yellow leaf with brown spots...Really worried about her. Have also tried to use the self-diagnosis but just can't see anything that looks quite like this.
Please let me know what you think, as this seems to have happened after I gave her the epsom salts treatment, so it possibly was never a cal/mag def at all. Help!

no that looks like cal / mag phospho deficiency.... have you ph'ed your soil? or water?

Aah okay, so I assumed I have had a ph lockout and it's not getting the phospho and cal/mag? Very new to this stuff so please bear with me...
I don't have anything to measure my PH of my water, as I use soilless, but I have been thinking it must be too high..I have bottled water we drink which has a PH of about 4.7, so I used this after reading your comment with a dosage of Bio Grow which is higher in phospho so hopefully this should sort it out? Am I right in thinking that? I also gave her epsom salts 2 days ago, and obviously the results haven't been great so I assume this must be it!

Thanks a lot for your help JM, I appreciate it! And I will buy something to measure my ph in my water tomorrow!
