Hi everyone! Im 18 and i'm a newbie to this. I've been trying to grow my own bud because I have found it is the best way to deal with my depression. I have a couple of grows under my belt but that's all. I don't feel like i done too bad but i feel as though i could do better if i had more knowledge before i got started. I started growing from some semi-auto bag seeds that i was given by my dad (stoneyhomer) and my first grow with them didn't seem to come to much at all (due to my inexperience).... Sooooo, I spoke to my dad and asked him what i could do better and he suggested i try growing in a hydro setup (after some very long discussions and explanations on growing schedules, ec, ph ect)... So i set up a 2'x2' flood and drain table up and my result from this crop was far better (80g off one plant and 28g off the other) Although i still have a lot to learn I feel like i'm accomplishing something with my effort and patience :) :pass:

Hello D,

it is always a learning curve. But you are now in safe hands. There is no such thing a a semi auto !!! Dunn0 what those seeds were.

Pick some good genetics from a mainstream breeder and you can't go wrong. Check out the forums for recommended seedbanks.

Happy growing my friend............eP.
