Hopefully the worse thing from here on out will be your prepping for the annual scoping... Ugh! The prep is worse than the actual scoping!
Luckily there have been major advancements in ultrasound colonoscopies though I think you still have to prep about the same way, but at least fear of the actual scoping will be removed & more people will get the test performed.

man that crap is the worst.. that gallon of fluid they make you drink taste like crap.
