I ordered a couple packs of Heavyweight Seeds from Herbies Seeds, They arrived promptly, with tracking the whole way, I attempted to germinate them using the paper towel method, tried and true, and had a 0% germination rate.
I understand that these are grey market purchases, and that I may have errd in my germination process (I don't think so, but...), however, I decided to contact Heavyweight Seeds directly through Facebook to express my dissatisfaction with my purchase, and how very disappointed I was, especially being a long time customer.
I received an almost immediate response, and was later contacted by Herbie's Autoflowering Seeds, who have rectified this situation in a manner which greatly exceeded my expectations.
