headache

both but its dependent on how you are and whats wrong.a normal headache kinda thing? yeah both work for me.CBD heavy for heavier headaches and vitamin B2 too two to three times a day middle of the road dose works well also in conjunction with cannabis and hydration.

Since we don't know the cause, or how you repond to pot, we can't even guess.

Not that that is going to slow me down.. I like Alleve (the generic version in a gel cap).

Some types of pot are anti-inflammatory. That's prob what you want, if you want to give this a try.

CBD works very well for pain an inflammation, headaches too. THC works more from a psychological standpoint in that it is more of a misdirect for the brain so to speak. High content cbd will carry a different high from than that with a high thc content. Also I have purchased cbd oil which works well too. The oil IS NOT psychoactive. I have experimented on my body a lot when it comes to the medical aspect of marijuana.

evil twin says:

I have TBI, PTSD, chronic pain, etc.,etc.. Along with all of that I get migraines uglier, nastier, cousin: cluster headaches. I have found nothing that cures it. I try and keep a variety of helpful strains around. A pure sativa is not a good thing when I am in full on headache mode.

What I have found most helpful are hybrids heavy on indica, with good CBD as well as THC. Not the % CBD of seizure and autism specific strains, but way higher than standard dispensary flowers. That is one of the things that drew me to autoflowers and these forums.

Thanks guys. Ye, idk the cause of the headache...

yeah life IS a series of Inflammatory ,verses Anti Inflammatory. each rule governs what to use for exactly that.Inflammatory. so you just the CBD with a small hint of head helper, and hydrate.thats always what used to bother me when I smoked for Migraine relief, frigin thirsty!! LOL!

I have had the best results treating migraines with extracts made from CBD cannabis strains, fat based infusions seem to do a good job no doubt due to the fat content of the brain.. another thing you could consider is oil extracts both for smoking and ingesting. Also consider dietary and environmental. Look for toxins in your diet..fluoride, aspartame, gluten, cellphone being next to your face all day.. I've helped a few chronic migraine patients , but there are so many factors as you'd know that could contribute.

As other have mentioned, a crap load of things can factor into you headaches. If they are way bad and yo have been dealing with them for a long time have you?
  • gotten tested for allergies, food and otherwise.
  • gotten a chiropractic check
  • gotten a brain scan.
  • kept a food diary.
  • kept a florescent light diary.
  • kept a sleep schedule diary.
For some people the triggers for things like head aches and Fibromyalgia cure hours or even days before the crash.

I have also found that carefully regulated amounts of coffee, normally viewed as a migraine non-no, can be a help. Also in my arsenal are Sam-E, 5-HTTP, Kava, and Kratom. All of those have been a learning experience and non are a cure (for me).

Magic mushrooms can give you a month or more of relief from cluster headaches I speak from experience as someone who has had up to 28 migraine days in a month and with clusters coming every time the weather changes weed helps but it can't stop a cluster

But if you just want to stick with weed stay away from anything high % sativa

Try sweet seeds green poison it works good for me at keeping the daily migraines at bay till the barometric pressure jumps up or down and the clusters come on
