These 2 plants are 20 days old and are showing slight issues. I have noticed small white and rust spots showing up and slight yellowing of lower leafs. Also one plant is showing major leaf curl. I am using General organics 1/4 strength at ph of 5.6-5.8 and using tap water that has been sat out for 24 hours to evaporate chlorine. I thought it may be a slight calmag def and low nitrogen? any help would be great!View attachment 136132View attachment 136133View attachment 136134

eveing brv im not sure what General organics feed you using, but if your in coco i would be using feed that are for coco only brv, need more info on your nutes,:peace: Kudo

Are you using GO BIO LINE? all organic nutes. If your using other nutes your ph is to low,it should be 6.3 or 6.4 around there. It might nee some cal-mag and a shot of veg nutes with higher nitrogen.:2cents:

Also did you buffer the Coco? Cheaper coco media need to be soaked in a cal mag solution prior to use. Otherwise those nutrients get bound up in the coco and are unavailable for the plant until all the coco binding sites are filled.

i dont like organics in hydro systems you are really better of going chemical

Yes I am using General organics full organic line. I got all nutes in the GO box. I have been using Grow, Root, CalMg, and Weed at 1/4 teaspoon per gallon at a ph of 5.7. I noticed a couple more small rust spots show up today so i hope the CalMg is going to turn that around?
I did not buffer my coco I was told at the hydro shop it was very good quality and was already washed and ph buffered. Would it be ok to switch nute lines if a flush is done prior to the switch?
Im just going to throw in the pics from my first harvest yesterday. Im pretty proud of them

This is Barneys Pineapple express

I also use General Organics Full Line. My medium is Coco Palms/Advanced #4 @ 60/40 and I use 2 drops of declorinator from the fish dept. in every gallon. The medium is ph balanced and so are the nutes, so it's easy to KISS...... The GO box has everything you need, including cal/mag+, and guess what else is in there.... Fermented molasses & Cane sugar! Fed through the whole growing cycle!!!! Give it a try!

1 teaspoon per gallon with every feeding....

Happy Farming!:peace:
