New Grower Halfway decided to start journal

well that makes me feel better!
thanks for the tips man
and i do rotate them daily, sometimes twice a day, normally just back to front as i am still bending and moving things around on them
also i have been foliar spraying them with some b52 when the lights go off, cut the calmmend out of the spray when the leaves started to be that deep green
thought i let them dry out enough, feeding roughly 2L every 3-4 days, when the pots get lighter and top soil feels dry, although the soil is like 4 inches down from the top of the pots now...had some green shit growing in there so i took the top out

I think I know what you mean by the green shit and have had it in a couple of tents before when I used wilma systems, never caused me any problems tho. I think it is caused by not letting the growing medium dry enough and the humidity in the tent being high if its the same thing I came across, was it just on the top of the medium?

was just the top cm or so of the medium ya, didnt see it for a while cause leaves are so bushy and close to the soil, but i only watered when it was dry on top 2-3 cm, sometimes it just took a week to dry out

Ahhh yeah definitely sounds like the same stuff Iv'e seen, next time don't worry about it. If you remove the bigger leaves down below above the medium then it will likely not happen. Try lifting the pots and judging the weight rather than testing just the first few cm's, there can be a lot of moisture held deeper down.

ya im pretty bad at the judging of weight on the medium

flushed plants out last night, just tap water i had sitting out PH to 5.5 and 250PPM
runoff came out at 5.8-6.1PH and 500-720PPM

plants seem to be doing fine after the flush, no real changes or anything
growing a bit now and again, taking alot of leaves from the lower canopy, and smaller budsites that prob wont make it to the top?
turned heat up a bit trying for around 26-27c, think thats like 80f
RH goin up sittin around 55 with humidifier off and 60% with it on low
seems to be lots of pistils on one plant and half of another

day 50 from seed
gave plants a little bit of a flush with some tap water with b52, voodoo juice, sensizym and a little calmend
still seem droopy from watering last night
unsure if i should continue LST as they are starting the preflower superstretch thing
some rusty looking spots on one plant, think its from not feeding them any nutes for a couple weeks
looked like some slight taco effect on some leaves so took out humidifier and put plants on the floor

spots are on an older leaf thats close to the soil

Looking good mate, I would stop the LST now and just focus on removing leaves that are shading decent spots and lower growth which won't end up becoming much anyway. Plants look nice and healthy, that little bit of rust is probably as you said the feeds without nutes, I get the same issue but I like to give them plain feeds every now and again. Keep it up mate :pass:

Thanks for the tips man, I have been defoling every now and again, and we'll def take some more to open the canopy up, and I will stop the lst.....prob
