Damn, that is absolutely ridiculous! If they received your payment, they should be willing to send you a replacement order!!! With all the competition out there, they should be bending over backwards to keep customers satisfied. Word of mouth is the best advertising, and although I've never had a problem with them... hearing shit like this ensures that I'll never be placing an order with them again.

They told me they never got payment on my last order. Until I provided proof they cashed the money order.

Never had trouble with credit card orders though.

After talking with the customer support, and explaining that it was my first order and quite a big one, they told me they would send me a single freebie.
I open the mail yesterday, and see a full replacement PLUS two extra packs, Blue Satellite and Bluebonic from Spice of Life... Basically the BEST freebies you can ever get.

I understand tho that this is a one-time favor, but, seeing as to how kind they were, I will give them my business again very soon, as there is another strain I wanna snag.
Will report on my 2nd purchase, but for now, I am EXTREMELY pleased.

Impressed. Good COmmunication! Well I placed order with them 6/17 sent out money order same day and within 5 days they sent email saying they got money order. Package arrived 6/30! I should have posted this sooner. Nearly everything came in breeders pack, the Mr Nice package was most impressive kinda like a heavy duty foil ziplock. Got Free Blue Sattelite (5 seeds) and 5 Spice of Life mystery seeds. They were VERY UPFRONT with the hey man we send your shit and if it gets lost not our fault, kinda like you pays your money and takes your chances deal. But I was impressed with the email updates of Got your money, and about 6 hours later the we sent your shit look for it in the mail email lol! Dont know if the guy who owns it is a jerk or whatnot but I would say they are professional. I have made 3 orders to Europe this one, The Seed Depot, and http://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/ look for reviews here on this board. Made 3 orders after it was clear to me that Canada Post lost my mail and my $240 order got delayed, and I got them all back not having to worry about Canadian Postal System. Still I will order from AutomatiSeeds but need to find a way to avoid the pitfalls of Canada Post.
