well if your talking about freexing temps and the bin is in that cold temps.its not going to compost at all. especially if its frozen. but if you can raise the temp a bit to maybe 60F or so it'll slowly cold compost over the course assuming the levels of things are in check. but its essentially an airy compost pile if there is a small touch of life present to kick it off and the temps aren't too cold but its possible but larger pieces will take some time to decompose certainly but if mix simply by hand over the winter kept warm that could potentially be ready in time.but I would add stuffds to it unless its got stuff left in it. if not?hit it witrh a cpl pound of stuffs of this n that in the middle of the cooking cycle and then inoculate it too with something simple n cheap. and there it is. no biggie just a slightly different path but the same result i think.
