I've been off work with a back injury and a shoulder injury as well I was hit by a crane at work messed me up I've been off work since February 20th crane hit me on 8th of January I've been good and messed up though.

Ouch!! Hopefully no injuries too long lasting? I ruptured 2 discs in my upper neck, and it is tasking to say the least.

About all.I can do is flip cast. Over hand and sidearm cast is about out of the ? Right now.

Dam... Then u know it's some of the worst pain you can go through.
I had MRI done on my shoulder Sunday thought I was going to freaking explode it was like a whole month of tooth aches in my shoulder when I was inside the dam thing.
