Thank you....Frosty Budz. And welcome pull up a chair kick back and relax we're on our way[emoji482]
starting today I put two in the ground as you probably read along the way that I've had surgery on my arm and it's pretty difficult to do this job alone but like I said I got two of them in the ground eight more to go.[emoji481][emoji482][emoji106]

Thanks FB..
thanks a lot I appreciate it bro yeah things are going pretty good I was surprised to get as much done as I got done this morning but it was really nice and cool out this morning I started around 7 and was done by 10.
arm is not doing too bad thank you for the well wishes on that for sure didn't do too bad though I guess the worst of it is is that I am right-handed LOL.
So I got a pillow between my side and my arm to hold my arm out away from me so I guess that's the worst of it I haven't bumped it too much and trying not to I'm healing pretty quick I think I haven't got much pain the pain meds I'm just taking enough just to get by cuz I hate taking them damn pills they got me on. Norco and they want me to take it every 4 to 6 hours I've been taking in about 6 to 8 hours and if I don't have to I don't take it at all but I got a good look at my shoulder today we remove the bandages for the first time it don't look that bad at all no swelling to speak of so I guess I'm in pretty good shape maybe I'll be back to it normal maybe within 6 to 10 weeks[emoji482][emoji106]

So I hope they have the tarp up and working within the next two weeks so it's very functional it should work no problem I have it in place now I just haven't tested it yet no big deal these girls can sit out there for 2 weeks my timelines not that important anymore I'll still get two crops out of this summer and that's beat that'll be fine[emoji481][emoji482][emoji267]

Of course bro! Sounds like you’ll be back to 100% in short order.

Did you plant any high CBD strains to help with recovery/inflammation?

I have no high CBD strains in this run nor will I in the next run but I have a friend of mine who gives me the liquid CBD from gold Labs I think .
I have a little bottle sitting here and I've never used it.

Sorry to hear about your COPD bud.

I have a friend who suffers from the same and they started taking some bioavailabile silica and also moringa leaf powder and they swear by it.

The silica helps the lungs to repair themselves (it triggers the production of collagen) and the moringa leaf powder is a powerful antioxidant and anti inflammatory.

Thought I would pass that info along in case it may help you as well.

The silica they used was this:
Orgono - G5 Siliplant - 33.85 oz. Amazon product

The Moringa leaf powder they purchased was from here:
http://moringaforlife.com/?products=bulk-moringa-leaf-powder
Its a lil more expensive than other moringa leaf powder but they said it’s much better quality due to the care taken to grow it in good soil etc.

Sending positive vibes your way!
