I have about 3 feet of greenery coming on the black raspberries(stuff that was below the snow line(3'), anything above where the rabbit chewed is dead...anything below seems to be growing okay.) which are providing solid cover for the time being

Well that's good at least they didn't get them all.
will you still have berries on that or not any at all?

Morning after the storm update and repair everything's back in working order the girls all that got crushed have all bounced back they look really good I have some morning pics and other kind of hard to see but cuz of the Shadows but you can tell they bounced back and they're all praying well to the star in the sky.[emoji481][emoji482]

I figure somewhere in the 10-20% of the usual haul of Black Raspberries will be had this year..not a big deal...the cover they provide means even more to me than the berries!!

Looking great. I dig the chain-link cage, smart. Do you really think it's necessary for the scrog though? If you bought some plastic mesh it would be lighter and easier to work with. Last year I had some cucumbers that really had a problem with some metal tomato cages I had as they got too hot in the sun and were too unforgiving against the branches that were leaning on the metal wire.

Well third day of covering the grow still got some more things to work out I got a little bit of wind today and I had to put more tie downs on it and in it. I think I might have to punch some eyelets holes in the middel the of tarp to tie it down from the inside the top seems the top flops up too much and I had to put a log on it to hold it down.

We have the remnants of that hurricane coming up through tonight I may want to take an uncover this in another couple hours after it gets dark mite have high winds. don't want the tarp to blow away.[emoji44]
