If you really can't wait you can always go down to your local DIY or hyper-market and buy a new plug 'head' and re-wire it. It's dead simple and shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.

I thought of doing that and I came to the conclusion that I don't want to mess around with the 3 year warranty just because can't wait for few more days.

Does someone of you knows if the connector can be taken off the cable and put on another one?
If not I'll just wait for the guys at NG to send me a new one. Another 7 day of darkness in my life...

I couldn't reach Dan over the phone but I had a chat with Live Support today, and the new plug should be already on it's way. A :clap: for GN.

Just been chatting to Dan bro and he said its fine for you to change the plug on the power lead you have while you wait for the other lead to arrive and it won't affect your warranty.

Not only that GN have an amazing Customer Support but they also have the unofficial support from all of you guys here in AFN, which makes them the best ever choice for a grow lights.
