Looks so damn sexy under the pink lighting too!
Got a couple of q's if ya don't mind?
Ive turned one side of my clothes cupboard into a stealth grow cab, I have started a diary but as im not growing Auto's this time couldn't put it in this forum i dont think?
Ive attached some (poor quality) pics of the room, The dimensions are roughly 4ft (h) x2.5 x 2.5ft - I have a MS006 and its attached to the roof of the grow room (MDF Shelf) using the cables supplied with the MS, hanging from hooks screwed into the roof of the cab..
at the moment the distance from the top of light to roof is about 8 inches,this is with the cables pretty much fully extended.. How high to the roof can i hang the light, Any extra inches will really help

At present there is only a gap of 20" between top of 2ltr pot and The LED, this is before i add the plants!
My other Question relates to Ventilation - My intake is just a few small holes drilled thru the bottom from the cupboard on the right which will be left open, this is where ill also be extracting the air to but higher up1 Not ideal, but hey ho! Can i lay a carbon filter on the floor of my grow room on its side with fan attached and then ducted up to 4" Hole i will be drilling thru the roof of cab? reason i ask is that the C/F takes up a hell of alot of room in there
- at this rate ill only be able to fit 4-5 2ltr pots in at most - any help much appreciated guys, i really wanna get going! :smokebuds:

Hay man you can do a photoperiod diary on here to,there is a photoperiod section I just started 1 myself.
I would leave at least 6 inches for the intake fans so you can go up a bit.
I have seen filters on the floor so yes that will work fine,I've also seen filters on the outside of the room with the air being blown through it apposed to sucked through it,not sure if you can do it with all filters but I'm sure u can do it with Phat filters.
Well its approx 12 days since my old 250w hps came out and my new MS0006 went in. Have I noticed any difference in plant growth? You bet I have!
I have a DP Auto blueberry that had been under the old light for about 2 weeks. It was 3 nodes high and was stretching like mad, approx 2.5-3 inches between nodes. Its now 9 nodes high and the last 5 have all been about an inch apart. I'm also getting growth on the side branches which I didn't get before and that can only increase yeild (I hope).
Ive also learnt an important lesson which I'd like to share with anybody who's thinking about getting one of these lights (Of course those already in the GN club and experienced growers will know this, but as a noob, ive learnt the hard way!) DO NOT underestimate the power of these lights (if power is the right word). I have/did and although Ive now rectified this, My Auto skunk mass has suffered its leaves bleaching and my White label super skunk auto (which was a thing of beauty 2 weeks ago ) has been stunted and is suffering. The plant is now 2 shades of green, light green which was in direct light and the shaded side is dark lush green. Luckily, the ABB wasnt near enough to suffer any ill efects. I'll post up a side view of the ABB later tonight, you can clearly see where the HPS came out and the LED went in. Happy growing and lots of green karma to all.

Cheers JT - Ill be making the holes etc for intake/extract tomorrow - gotta go grow shop n get the fan and some ducting, dropped 3x wwidow & 5x 8 Ball Kush (all fem) into glasses of water tonight - hoping for some tap root action by this time tomorrow!

just lowerd my GN0006 to 14inch above my flowering Dragons and they are loving it The bottom buds are filling out just as big as the top ones and penertration is realy good stalks are nice and fat also :dance:
