Indoor Growing Autos in SIPs with living soil~~> Bloody Skunk, Red Poison, Zkittles, GDP, and Blue Dream

Those are the red poison strain, in my other tent the 3rd red poison is same color, that is my thoughts anyways. from seed's 1st few leafs they were that color on all of them, i was thinking it was just a strain thing. Because 3 in each SIP and each red poison is with 2 other mates, i was worried at 1st but i think it is just its unique color of red poison.
Thoughts?

Is it consistent on the plant? All the leaves......old leaves......new?
This pic concerns me. I really suck at leaf diag! The color variation is what bothers me. Do you know what ppfd the girls are seeing?
I really don't see anything in your media mix other than 1.5 cups epson salt,, but that's over 30gal. That's just my feeling about epson salts in a pre-mix. It does have it's place, though.
I would suggest you make a post in the sick plant section and give as much info as you can. LOT better diag experts there!

RE red poison

I googled this strain and saw a lot of plants that have the red hues in the fan leaves and lighter colored foliage. Its very possible its just genetic? Its a weird strain, pretty cool looking for sure! Better safe than sorry though if you want to pursue other courses of action

Those 2 red poison and the red poison in my 2.3x2.3 have the same look, the other 5 plants in the same stuff love it, this is why i am not worried i think red poison just has lighter green leafs for some reason. I'm more worried about he blue dream runt, it was growing on top of itself and not growing up and out very odd.

No idea on light ppfd i don't own a meter that can accurately measure it yet, i follow the recommended hang height that bloomplus suggests for each stage of growth, it worked great last grow with them. i think it might just be a very finicky strain, i looked up other red poison grows and they look greener than mine so i have no idea. if they die then i have more room in the tent but they look happy minus the color thing.

I'll look into it more and keep observing them, thank you for your concern

My wife says she sees a red tint coming in while looking at them today so maybe that is it.

I'm just going to watch, i already gave some BAF and they are drinking water from the sip at a decent pace. Nothing i could do without affecting the other plants much anyways i think, natural selection will have to take course on this 1 :smoking:

They could be a little light sensitive.

Lets hope its just that and nothing serious, they do get the most intense light of my lights, bloomplus leds focus their power in the middle of the led, i'll try moving the leds up from 23-24 inches to 26 inches and see if that helps.

I bent the 2 red poisons over again as they were the tallest and this gave me a chance to show their colors again to see if we are doing okay with them.

No big deal to post your plants there with a problem. It might be an ego thing, but frack ego. Just make sure your girls are the healthiest they can be and I'm sure that's what you want.

Not an ego thing, i am not the type, I'm a passive antisocial introvert. i just don't see a problem to me they are doing great, i would be freaking out if it was killing itself or had bugs but the plants share their container with 2 other plants so i don't know how i can help 1 without hurting the other 2. I see 2 red poisons forming buds and growing nicely, breaking my lst ties as i need some lst clips.

Plus when i see people post in the sick section they are greeted with a job application to fill out for the plant, i mean if you want to tag one of those plant doctors to come and look here and review how i did things, then that is fine but i feel they are okay and will be great plants. Loving the bud colors coming in so far.

My biggest concern is the blue dream runt, the diy sip with GDP just emptied its res last night, the runt diy sip is full of water and not drinking it for some reason, not growing in a week and has me worried but they color of the leaves look good and the cover has a bunch of trapped moisture so i don't know.

I gotta go to work now and won't be back on until Sunday as i work 12 hours tonight and again tomorrow so i will be to tired to get on a computer until then. cheers bud and thank you so much for caring about my girls, it is much appreciated!
