Grow Tent Exhaust

You could but it would be better to condition your intake air for the room you're growing in. Run a whole room evaporative humidifier and whatever other climate controls you need in the room that the tent is located in. You're in and out air will always be where you need it

The exhaust has to remove heat, humidity, and oxygen from the tent.

If you have a closed loop, there is no way to release the energy or gasses.

You also want the CO2 in the fresh air.

I did that but with 2 tents since its so cold here had 1 with lights on warming up the other one where the girls were sleeping. But they were photos not autos

If the room is big enough, or drafty enough that will work.
Check a humidity/temp chart, and try to stay centered in the green zone.

Your room has become a heat sink for the tent. As long as the room can disipate that heat, and moisture, you'll be fine.

If you notice temps or humidity going too high, you'll either have to vent heat outside, bring in cooler air, or run an AC in that room.
