Ouch!She'll be fine after that bend, I wouldn't worry about that at all. I've snapped stems in half and they still bounced back in a few days. You could probably have done it even a bit lower as she will probably do quite a bit more growing. If you get too close to the light it will bleach the tops and fry the leaves relatively early. It doesn't necessarily hurt the yield that much, unless the leaves get completely fried early in flower.
This is a picture of a bud that got too close to my 180W LED. I believe it was around 25-30 cm away.
