I started with a paper towel method for germination, once sprouted (royal queen seeds)with 1" tail i planted into some perlite-vermiculite mix,in 10" pots.
Day 1: poped out to say hello no signs of first leaves
Day 2: saw first signs of the first leaves starting to push through
Day 3: first leaves getting longer seed overall color very dark green
Day 4 : first leaves getting longer (where talking mm in this case) and starting to curl down.
Day 5: first leaves curling down even more and growth has stopped stem not getting any higher, stretching etc.
Day 6: no growth first leaves very tiny and skinny gave a little sip of water. (Ph 6.2)
Day 7: first leaves appear to be a bit bigger not much.
as seen in my first post pictures shows the first leaves size color etc.so transfer to a cup with seedling mix. With home made dome.
Day 8: seems to be growing up a little cant quite tell maybe 3 to 5mm.first leaves still same size...will update Jornal in a few day or so on the changes and progress.

ok, me see u got ur journal started  don't worry bout em "not getting any higher, stretching, etc", cuz for the first week or so, all the growth is happenin underground ;) then, in around 10-12 dayz, look out! hehe  and if me read correctly, u've already put em in their final potz-? i was jus gonna say that u don't wanna keep a dome on more than 2-3 dayz after they pop ground ;)

subbed in! :pop: :headbang: ppp

Yeh no i put the sprout in the 10" pot as i dont like to stress autoflowers out too much, but after i noticed on day 7 how little it grew and cold temperatures we have i thought it might be a humidity or growing medium temperature issue, so i put it in a cup with seedling soil put a dome over it for 24 to 48 hrs then put her under some direct light and see if i get any lift in the leaves, hopefully more roots are starting to form... (basically see how she will react)....forgive my ignorance but what is subbed in..

Update:
Have just notice that when she sprouted on the first day and basically up to the 7th day,the stem was a very purplish-redish color now as you will see in the pic its just a normal pale to pale green color..

hmm, it'z quite possible u've shocked her poor lil system, and well, mebbe u shoulda jus left her in her big pot :rolleyes2: cuz now, u've taken her out of a home she was probly just gettin used to & put her somewhere totally alien to her :help:...and then of course, she'll need to come back out (shiverz :rolleyes1:) i mean, while it'z true that autoz can indeed be transplanted, that uzually appliez to jus one move, lol :rolleyes2: jus my 2 ctz ;) ppp

Yah man totally agree....but i was under the impression that the redish type stem was a sign of being sick, it was like that from day one, normally in the past most of my seedling stems have been that pale type color...yeh i dont like to transfer the seedlings too much especially autos as its stressful for the babys, this seedling was a test to see if i could grow in the cold,to see if it would handle going straight into a perlite-vermiculite mix from day one..now from what i have researched as its my first grow in perlite-vermiculite that the vermiculite can have high traces of calcium-magnesium-potassium which all plants need but maybe too much for a seedling, hence why the curling leaves, very dark green, slow growth and the stem color.:smoking:

Hi all sorry its been so long since an update.....i think i been sold some crap seeds as the seedling was 33 days old, and only just had tiny 3 sets of leaves 2 inches high....i have transplanted autos in the previous years not had a problem....i sprouted another 4 and all of them are doing the same thing...ph is right, never over or underwater them, root zone temp is good, under t5 lights at 26inches...everything is prime for them to take off...but unfortunately thay are slow as....my friend bought some nl auto seeds same brand from a different seed bank, his are going well, same light, same same everything, his are 8 days old and the stem size and the single finger leaves are nice and healthy, and good size..have any of you on here had any experiences with haze.io seeds thats where i bought my seeds from,,mainly because i was sick of bonza seeds crap, and the seeds were cheap, compared to other Seedbanks, probably thats why thay are so cheap...old stock probably dont sell much....its my fault i should of done my homework first...i have changed to i❤growing Marijuana seedbank.....
