what up doob, yeah im still trying to fine tune my light distances, is the rule of thumb with cfl's to keep em close but not touching and as soon as they get close move it up a few inches? is it the further the lights, the further they stretch til it gets closer? but yes they both sexed, ashely was the first, and mary kate just about a week ago....my light cycle is 22/2...they just got their first dose of bloom nutes yesterday...still struggling to save some money but i dunno how soon ill be able to get my led's...i did just buy 6 more soft 2700K cfl's....when do you think itll be a good time to switch them out to all soft?

Well if you look in ght CFl wiki here they say they get best results from the blue spec so i would do half and half if i was you.Also turning the bulbs long ways and adding a refletor on top will give you loads more light to the ladies..Im working on my reflector idea for my2 big 200 watters.And then you can find the sweet spot for good veg growth.:booya:

question about molasses....so July 8th will make 60-ish days for girls...i plan to run em for about 2 1/2-3 weeks longer, is that a good time to start adding the molasses to the plain ph water?

and doobs, i dont have a reflector for the cfls...well i do but it wont allow me to use the lights long ways and they take up hella space....i really do need to invest in some lights tho...i keep saying that but bills are killing me and at the moment but these are working for me so ill make due....i did start a Himalaya Blue Diesel, she popped on the 15th, and ill have a journal up for her next feeding...but after my first harvest ill be able to use all the cfl's i got on her, which is 12 100-watters so ill most likely see the difference...

well i got the molasses, now just some info on when i should start using it would be awesome....since i was going by duplexs' guide to hefty auto, his schedule only goes 6 weeks before flush..should i just stick to adding grow big and tiger bloom til day 60 then worry about adding the molasses with plain ph water? any info on how i could proceed with my feeding would be greatly appreciated

Well umm lol some depends some do molasses and some Epsom salt every feed if they are using rain water or ro water as it has no extra goodies in it and some use it through the hole growth cycle.Its also good for your microhurds and adds sugar too. I use led so mine need more cal mag for sum reason im still struggling with the amount but for you i would go every other feed then just ph water at the end of the week.I add 1 or 2 tsp 2 1 gallon of water.But first i melt it in hot water then add to the rest of the mix.

another pic update....fed the girls today, 2 tsp tiger bloom and 1/2 tsp grow big....mary-kate got a dose of some molasses, i had the dang thing cooling off on the stove and got caught up in the moment, fed ashley and totally forgot to use the molasses water so next week she will get her fix....

You should be man its so fun but i cant see chopping a hole field or even 3-5 at one time at the sizes i had takes a while..but its sooooo worth it im hype for you..just try adding stuff to plump the buds up so we can smoke goooooooddd lol :smokebuds:I cant wait till they change this bull shit so we can sample each others shit lol Guess we would have a taste comps then and some sort of cannabis cup lol
