RocBud Grape Slurri Auto (Slurricane x Grape Rolex Auto)

Hanging out for round 2, go kill it P Terps! Can’t wait to pop mine so I’ll be watching with interest!

Two more Grape Slurri girls dead. Disappointed. No taproot action after planting into soil... I have 1 more Grape Slurri seed. I changed everything in my soil that I should have, removed chlorine from water, no nutes, added mycorrhizae.. and nothing

I contacted Roc a few days ago and decided to tell him not to send me anything in replacement, but I am going to send him an email and tell him that these didn't come up.

Also, I gently dug up the auto seed to look at it, only a minimal amount of growth in these 2 days

I didn’t mean literally!!/s :smoking: :haha:

Spectacular flameout though... You had an array of experienced growers ready to help you yet you treated them with disdain.

One of the great lessons for me in growing is removing my ego, learning the plants (vegetables, flowers, whatever), contemplation and refining the process. If there are others with experience that want to share their hard fought first hand knowledge, you should listen without ego.

 roger that Slim,... now you know why I didn't bother coming back to clue him in about what he's clueless about,... After all these years, I know a black hole when I smell one-... I gave it a shot anyway coz that's the AFN way, but the ultimate outcome came as no surprise- :rolleyes1:
Most any other place, he'd have been hosed and disposed by day 2! :nono:

Absolutely, if I had you offering me help with my grow, I would be deeply appreciative... To act otherwise would be pointless

Damn it, I meant to hit reply on my response and lost it... Take 2! Hahaha...

Here’s my take, I spent over a year reading AFN before I signed up. In that time, I learned a lot about the site, how it was moderated, the types of posters it attracts and if certain experienced posters were giving you advice on growing... You LISTEN!! :toke:

I’ve grown vegetables for decades, I can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned through the years BUT I am also smart enough to know that I don’t know everything and that it’s such a great opportunity to learn from others that have decades growing cannabis.

The more one knows, the more they realize what they don’t know... I keep this saying close to heart and do my best to stay flexible. I’d have someone like you helping me, Waira, I approach that opportunity with open ears and deep appreciation. That poster was all EGO. Putting the blame on the breeder when he can’t let his seeds just move forward on that second run after two days was simply astonishing.

Most of my seeds pop directly in soil between 3-4 days but I’ve heard of them taking up to a week or two before - good advice my dudes
