Grow Mediums Going forward...

I switched to megacrop and autopots at the same time and never grew 1 real good plant. With the pH meter problems I can't really pinpoint whats gone wrong, other then everything, including clearly my own errors. I'd love to use the autopots since they save me a lot of time over mixing 5 bottles, phing and top watering every day. Although the 5 bottles grew great plants and I'll go back if I have to. I have an apera pH pen with replaceable probe, ph60 I think, so not bluelab fancy but supposed to be a pretty good one and they were good with the replacement. I'm just gonna have to pay more attention to regular calibration checks instead of just at the beginning of a run from the jump
Apera makes nice pens. I just like the blue lab as it tells me when to recalibrate. I am not sure how it knows or if it just on a timer but it seems to work. I wish I knew more about autopots to help. There are a ton of people on here who use and love them.

Well I’ve been using two part MEGACROP and autopots for a while now and things couldn’t be easier or better. By the time the res is on my ladies r ready for full strength which for me during veg is right around 500ppms on the 500 scale. And only get slightly higher during flower 550-650ppm. I use slf100 and mammothp. I also start with RO water which I think is the reason my res stays ph stable plus it doesn’t sit long. Keeping the vpd in line is important also. I’m using growpito in my pots.
