New Grower ghetto grow setup

Doesn't look bad man. I see you have an led. How many watts are you using? You are right those are new bud sites.

Welcome to AFN. Yes, your plant is starting to flower. You need to get your lights closer to the plant. It's looking a bit stretched, where it's been reaching for the light. The spacing between your leaf nodes should be about 1". You're look to be a bit more.
