Oh wow. Some are the smaller more common pheno some are really a capital D decent size. Mine turned out like your smaller one, but 15" tall and stacked

They are all starting there 10 to 15 day drink of water. They are going to be all a good size they really packing on the weight. That will put them right at day 70 to 75.
