Indoor Getting prepped for second indoor grow

so I figured I would go ahead and prep a new journal for my next grow as I’m prepping for it. For this grow I will be doing another early miss in a 4ft x 4ft x 6ft8in Helios tent. I will be using a king plus 1000w full spectrum led, the info for this lighting: Dimension: 12.2x8.26x2.36inches

Working Frequency: 50~60Hz.

10W Double Chips: brighter more efficient than traditional 3W and 5W LEDs,scientifically engineered to keep the balance of the PAR/Lumen output and coverage, long lifespan, energy saving consuming 185w power,the electricity is 0.185kW·h per hour.

Voltage:85v-265v,plug and play, full spectrum: the light include red,blue,yellow,white,IR and UV which is similar to the sunlight,ideal for all kinds of indoor plants veg and flower at all growth stages.

Efficient cooling system: some holes on the led board(thickened, ours:3.0mm, others:1.6mm) and the glass form convection with the fans,efficient heat dissipation.And every led has a resistance to keep them work separately.

I will be using this light for 1 plant and only one plant because I intend on scrogging this grow. I’ve never used one so this will be my first. The scrog is hand built with each lining spaced 3&1/2 inches apart from another string through 1/2 inch pvc. I will also be running with a warm mist humidifier for the first 2-3 weeks then run a cool mist humidifier as I’ll have no need for the warm mist any more once I see the sex. Once in preflower the cool mist will be ran to bring rh and temps down from 77-85 Fahrenheit with the rh at 55/60% down to 70-77 Fahrenheit with the rh of 50/55% then gradually lower until temps are 70 Fahrenheit with an rh of 40% during flower.

I will be using fox farms trio again for my nutes, along with cal-mag, floralicious plus and mammoth p.

My grow medium will consist of promix with mycos and light warrior seed starter/ transplant mix at 50/50 I will also be adding in 1/4 gallon of perlite to the mix as well. This will go into a 5 gallon bucket where I will finish my grow after starting my first week and a half to two weeks in a solo cup with parts cut out for easier transplanting which will be placed inside another solo cup then eventually into the 5 gallon bucket. So I’m thinking of building a 10gal irrigation setup ran on a timer...? I think a 10 gallon set up could easily get me through this grow. I just need to do research on working with the reservoirs... I.e. changing, cleaning, adding nutrients, etc. also on how to build one lol. I think it’d be nice to control when and how much the plant would get, I’d attach a watering halo to the line and place it in the bucket so it waters around the plant rather than just in the center like you see with most self made irrigation systems. I see it being beneficial this way the roots are forced to stretch out rather than just staying centered. Of course I’d hand watering and feeding until I educate myself on this I just think it’d make a very nice addition to a grow.

For my old dwc buckets I would run a pump from the bottom to a 3/8 hose up to a ring around plant with two to for drip lines. Worked pretty well for growing big trees. Had each bucket plumed to a 55gal res to keep everything topped for a few weeks and nutes fairly stable. I’ll get a pic to you soon so you can see kid of how it was set up.

Just a little update to the collective equipment going into this new grow. As earlier mentioned I am going to scrog this grow. It will be my first attempt to scrog a grow so I’m not sure what to expect. However I also stated that the scrog is being hand built using 1/2 inch pvc and fittings and will measure 42”x42”, also being used is extra strength masonry string which was strung through the pvc tubing spaced at 3&1/2 inches apart. To make the holes I used an 1/8 inch drill bit and began stringing using the under/over method as I laced up the scrog. I’m proud to announce the scrog is now complete and will be placed in the tent once i get it in and built and I get everything disinfected(sanitized) at which point I will begin to start prepping up my medium and equipment being used for this grow... “stay tuned!”

So a little update to my next grow! I have decided against the early miss grow because as of today became a tester for fast buds! So with that said I will be doing the following strains: Mexican Airlines, LSD-25, Six Shooter and Crystal Meth. I would like to do one at a time with each strain having its own journal so it’s noted how each strain grew and how. I told the vendor this is how I’d like to do it but I heard from sources you have to test each one at the same time. We’ll see what the vendor has to say but either way this grow will be nothing short of amazing! @Rebel I’m coming for that 1lb badge!
