Yep. There are many other brands and different forms of each Calcium and Magnesium. It's super confusing, to me, getting into that. GH CalMg and Epsom salt has been good to meis this the same thing?

We only had 3 channels plus PBS and cartoons were a precious commodity.
Then came Gilligan's Island and I Love Lucy.
We had an amazing new oven you could put a hot dog in and within seconds it would get hot.
I am getting old.
