SJ-
I've been using

Trio for two years ... works for me. I grow in 3 gallon pots and feed every watering, typically twice a week. As

is pretty "hot", I change the

Grow Big and Tiger Bloom full dose (2 tsp) to 1.5 tsp. (I think FullDuplex does the same thing, can't remember for sure.) Then for any 7 day period, I make certain that the total for each of these nutrients for both feedings does not exceed the 1.5 tsp. Late in grow I might increase max feeding for TB to 2 tsps total for the 6-7 day period. I do not adjust/reduce Big Bloom max dosage from the 2 tsps per week. Strongly recommend cal-mag as part of regular feeding routine.
Also, as FullDuplex and many others have pointed out,

will "salt up" on you and cause lockout. You can greatly reduce this likelihood by watering thoroughly (20% runoff) and/or doing a mid-grow rinse.
If you want me to pm a current grow spreadsheet for

, just let me know. It is actually very close to FD's. Or if you have a specific problem, feel free to shoot me a pm.
Good luck on your grow!
